Material & Construction

Each tip features a C1020 oxygen‑free copper core (copper content ≥ 99.95%) with electrical conductivity ≥ 98.5% and thermal conductivity of approximately 390–400 W/(m·K). Manufactured using precision deep‑hole drilling, the inner wall achieves a surface roughness of ≤ Ra0.8, ensuring an optimal fit with the heating element for maximum heat transfer efficiency.

The heating element assembly utilises aluminium nitride ceramic for ultra‑fast thermal conduction, with a FeCrAl alloy heating wire offering superior resistance to deformation at high temperatures. A built‑in high‑precision K‑type thermocouple ensures extremely short thermal lag (approx. 0.3 seconds) for instant temperature response.

The 144‑hour nano‑composite electroplating process applies four functional layers:
