Six-Step Process

Engineering checks geometry, tolerances, plating, compatibility, and manufacturing feasibility.
A sample is fabricated after the technical scope and sampling fee are confirmed.
The completed sample is dispatched for dimensional and functional verification.
Approve the sample, request one included minor revision, or initiate a major redesign.
Once approved, the order is scheduled and produced to the locked sample standard.
Clear technical input shortens the review cycle and reduces avoidable re-sampling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Use these answers to prepare the first technical review. Project-specific terms are confirmed in the quotation.
You can submit CAD drawings in DWG, STEP, or PDF format, provide a new or used physical sample, or identify a standard model and describe the required modification. Critical dimensions and tolerances should be clearly marked.
Feasibility review takes 1–2 working days. Sample fabrication normally takes 10–15 working days after the technical requirements are confirmed.
A non-recurring engineering and sampling fee applies to sample fabrication and covers materials and labor. The sampling fee is deductible from the production invoice when the mass-production order reaches at least 500 pieces.
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model for both standard customization and robot-specific tips.
One minor revision, such as a small dimensional or plating adjustment, is included without an additional fee. A major redesign that changes the head shape or overall structure requires a new sample and a new sampling fee.
Customer drawings and samples are used for quotation and sampling. Exclusive customer designs are not sold or disclosed without written authorization, and a mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
