Material & Plating

Each tip features a C10200 oxygen‑free copper core (oxygen content ≤ 0.001%) with electrical conductivity ≥ 98% and thermal conductivity of approximately 380–400 W/(m·K). Formed by precision automatic CNC machining in a single operation, ensuring accurate dimensions and consistent quality.

The 72‑hour multi‑layer alloy electroplating process applies four functional layers:

Iron layer (10 A/dm²): Dense crystalline structure for superior corrosion and wear resistance. Vickers hardness (HV) is controlled within 400–550 – above 600 may cause brittleness, below 350 results in insufficient wear resistance.
