Process Highlights
Material: Made of high‑purity oxygen‑free copper as the base material, which provides excellent thermal conductivity for rapid temperature recovery and enhanced temperature stability during continuous soldering operations.
Nano Coating Technology: A nano‑scale iron‑nickel‑chromium alloy coating effectively prevents solder wicking, while improving corrosion and oxidation resistance, thereby extending service life.
Heating Core Assembly: Utilizes aluminum nitride ceramics for rapid heat transfer from the heating wire to the copper body. The heating wire is made of iron‑chromium‑aluminum (FeCrAl) alloy, offering strong resistance to deformation at high temperatures. A high‑precision K‑type thermocouple temperature sensor ensures extremely short thermal lag time (approx. 0.3 seconds).

Application Scenarios
Suitable for automated soldering equipment.
Quality & Production Capacity
Every production step is strictly controlled, from material selection to the development of electroplating processes. High‑precision CNC lathes are used throughout to ensure coating consistency, delivering stable and reliable service life.
With a monthly production capacity exceeding 200,000 pieces, the factory is well‑positioned to handle bulk orders from large domestic and international electronics manufacturers.
